Relaxed Birth with Confidence® is a 4-week program where you and your partner learn how to approach birth mindfully and calmly, whatever happens. The program doesn’t just focus on the ideal scenario; it also prepares you for unexpected situations. You’ll learn how to make choices, communicate effectively with your care providers and clearly express your wishes, so you can stay in control and feel confident during birth.
